Hi,
I'd just like a little advice. Whenever i go to
icmeler i always come home a little bit lighter in weight, would you believe

the reason is i lose my appetite when i'm there (why i don't know, i think i'm too excited!!)
can any of you recommend a tasty light meal and where to eat it in peaceful surroundings as i always end up feeling bloated when i try to eat meals there as they give you so much. i'm not complaining but would appreciate your input

I was the same Skilly.
I think its because of the heat and all the excitement.
My first meal was in the Mandolin restaurant

it was good in there

Maybe its because at home we dont all eat huge meals every night and afeter a few nights we are fed up with it and also the heat would not help your appetite

I like a bowl of soup some lunchtimes and very late at night, this and that soft bread you only seem to get in Turkey and the best place to have this is at one of the soup kitchens dotted around the resort.
You will find quite a lot of the waiters finish up in these places to relax and eat and unwind after work.

thanks for taking the time to reply. where are the soup kitchens, do they have different names like restaurants?

Hi Skilly
Have a look at the "best soup kitchen" page. I think its three down from this topic. I also found that the chicken or beef fried rice in the Waterfall was just enough and it was gorgeous. I think all the water that we drink during the day tends to fill us up too. Of course not forgetting the couple of shandies at teatime
