do you have to do it everytime you travel abroad or is it a case of if you've done it once you don't need to do it again?

You have to do it each time you book a flight/holiday. As the airline obvsiouly doesn't know if you're the same person as before.

I asked about the advanced passenger information when i was on the phone to the company that i booked my flights with last night. She told me that i didn't need to do this as it was only really for flights to america to replace the green visa waiver forms. We're booked to fly with Thomas Cook.
If we don't do it before we travel what is likely to happen when we get to the airport?

Why do these airlines companies never know what they are talking about!!! Just go onto thomas cook website on onto manage your booking it will ask you for it there. It takes a minute to fill out...better to be safe than sorry I always think.

I booked also with T***** C*** and had to fill all these details in online! It takes literally 2 minutes to do ! Once less thing to rush to get done! :)
