Well I've decided to join you, weighed my self for the first time lastnight so will hopefully post my first update next week with a loss, I hope to loose 1.5 to 2lbs per week on average with a target of 15st by the end of September, currently 19st 10lb

Anyway found a great web site that I think others would find useful, it may have been posted before but it's worth mentioning again.

Lost 5 and a half pound last tues and 2 pound yesterday 7 in total so far :D

Sam & I went back to slimming world on jan 13th not been for 7 weeks Sam had put 5lb on & I had put 8.5lb on last week 20th jan Sam lost 4lb & I lost 7lb so hopefully back on track 26 weeks fri & icmeler here we come getting weighed later so will report back later well done to all with losses & good luck for your next weigh in

Well it's my first week, I have cut down on the beer, stopped having a can or three at home every night, reduced my suger in tea and coffee by 50%, (The other 50% will go in the next couple of weeks) switched my lunch from sandwiches or fried chicken from the deli to fuit or salad and I am so disappointed I've only lost a 1lb, at least it's a start.


So Gene put me down for a 1lb loss.

Well disappointed weigh in Sam put 1.5lbs on & I maintained I was so gutted had done exercise this week & not had as muck alcohol so hopefully see it off next week good luck to you all for this coming week

a maintain for me, but I am doing mine under the nurse now so she only weighs me every two weeks
