hi john,

celik aparts aren't all that far up, next to pinewood aparts and really close to deja vu which did nice meals last year, also just 5 minutes from wayside which is lovely. ozzy's is very close as well as is sylvias and trattoria bistro too. you also have three bells which is less than 10 minutes away, loads of choice. someone posted on the forum recently that the food at celik aparts themselves is really nice and i can vouch for the food being top notch at the pinewood aparts. that's me hungry now :)

just to add to my last post john regarding distances......less than 10 minutes stroll down to tansas from celik and from there all the restaurants are pretty close. I think one of the maps shows celik aparts in the wrong location and it's possibly that one which makes you think the aparts are far back.

Favorites along Canal are:-
the Majestic for food and entertainment and the Karem for traditional Turkish food with wonderful hospitality.
Over the road, further down on the right is the Lemon Tree where Chef Billy performs the hottest flambes. Here I had the best meal ever. :D :D

 hi all, if you are wanting to find a good place to eat, then i would try ozzys bar or tommys. they are in the old village and can be easily reached by dolmus. or a simple 10 min walk. in ozzys ask for hassan or peter. very friendly and funny guys. tommys is at the back next to the blue star. i loved this place. me and the family are going back soon, staying in the bahar. cant wait. enjoy your holiday every one xxxx ste.

In Icmeler you are spoilt for good restuarants and bars the variation is vast and everyone can find somwhere to suit thier own personal requirements. There is no way possible that all venues can be visited during a holiday and many could be had when all you did was to go to a new location for the first time for a new experience .......enjoy......Icmeler..... the number 1 resort.......
