I can't comment personally as I never stayed there but I do know that in 2004 when we were dealing with them we had 27 rooms booked solid from end of June to mid September so work out how many reports you can find and see how many compared to the people staying.

we stayed in the melita in 2004 no problems apartments good and very clean. Didnt spend much time on the balcony so cant comment on the amount of sun/shade. Pool and bar area nice. Werent available to english tourists last year from what i can remember, so that would explain why you cant find more recent comments. We booked with ICR when we stayed there, cant fault them either, excellent service as always.
