Hi Stuart, I would only recommend one restaurant for a special occasion and that is the pineapple at the nestel marina in marmaris. Fantastic setting looking on to the beautiful harbour and the food is the best I have ever had In any resort!! It is not expensive in fact it's cheaper than the love boat if you need directions just ask

for me the only place for the best theme and location with excellent food is the love boat.it is definatly a bit dearer than the rest ,steaks 29tyl but the presentation of every couse is to the very highest standard the appearence of the staff, glasses plates is 5*,my wife had spent some time on a top cruise liner a few weeks ago and had a meal in there top restaurant and she felt the standard had gone higher this year.

BUT we did have many excellent meals at other places.

just as a matter of interest we had our 25th there last year just the 2 of us and this year we ahd our 26th(obviously) and our daughters engagement meal there, so for us its the place for that special occasion.

I am sure others will give you plenty of options.

Agree with jackonews loveboat is lovely for a really special meal. Selam is also lovely.

Know it is off topic and sorry but it was lovely to meet you and also mark and Rog and son and any one else I have forgot on the boat trip. Better say hello to Donna and Jeanette. Wish I was back in Paradise.

Where ever you decide to go to reserve your table a couple of days before just to avoid being disappointed......have a nice evening.

Must say we favour the Venice, food always good, Fred always keeps us a good table and you have the show after the meal, cant ask for more.

Not fussed on the loveboat, it's too clinical and sterile inside.

What about a table on the beach, there will be somewhere that does this.

Harrys is nice now they have had it all done out as well.

If you fancy something on the beach, Liberty next to Denis Kapisi and Harmony [towards the main jetty at the Turunc end] would be great
They set tables up on their little jetty with candles, so romantic
though you may have to book in advance

Has to be the Love Boat but you should book a table the day before.

I think the Liberty is the one to go for. Loveboat is OK but portions quite small and if its busy (which it normally is) the tables seem to be very close together, so not very romantic.

Stuart, I take it that it is just the two of you going out to celibrate this anniversary and not a party of people. I agree with the previous post and thier recommendations but you may want somewhere a little bit quieter. Therefore I suggest the Kerem which is on the canal side, down from the Dreamboys or the Winehouse near to the Marti. Before your meal call into the Magic Garden for a nice peachful drink.
