Fishing trips are brill also. We went on the same one twice in one week! The particular one we went on was only for 3 hours and we all wished it had been longer. And yes we all did catch fish, easy when you get the knack. This cost £10 each, no lunch on this one.
Lazy boat trips are great but I must stress get a sunbed with shade above it as these trips last all day from around 10am - 5pm and the sun is unforgiving. The boat stops at various places, lets down a ladder or in some cases they have their own slides and you can choose whether to get off or not and have a swim. Then you move onto the next place and so on. Lunch is usually a bbq which is superb, you go downstairs on the boat where there is tables to eat that. Drinks can be expensive so be careful, some boats allow you to take on your own some do not. Watch out for the ice cream man in the speed boat!! It is a very gentle trip, suitable for all ages.
