Club Petunya apartments location?

anyone know where Club Petunya apartments via google or something?
A freind of ours is stopping there the same time as us when we go in sept.
She tried to describe whereabouts they are,but i am stumped, cant seem to work out where they are on google

They are at the back of the old village next to the Adler apartments. About 20/25 minute walk into town. Basically follow the dry canal from the town near Elvis bar and keep walking. Its lovely and peaceful up there and the apartments look OK from the outside

there are just down from the club aquarium we stayed there in 2004/2005.
the apartments are really light and airey the ones on the top floor are the best if you can stand the flights of stairs.

i have never seen these apartments but know exactly where everyone is saying they are
might need to have a look next time im there
