If there is nobody by the door with your name on, just go down the ramp and they will be waiting for you. Never been let down by them yet, excellent transfers.

I have also been wondering about this - I am flying from Luton on 6th June (nearly time!) and booked a transfer yesterday. Will the driver be happy to wait for us to let our TC agents know we no longer need a transfer?

the driver should wait for you to come out of the terminal one year they came looking for us as we were late waiting on luggage so I dont think he will go without you
