Age Limit

Can anyone tell me if there are any age restrictions on the watersports?
I have an 14 year old and 11 year old never tried before but think they might enjoy some of them.

I think for the Ringo,s Parasail etc they should be fine, I don't thnk they will be able to drive a jet ski but should be OK as a passenger,
