Same from me, never met anyone or been into ICR offices, however everyone has been so helpful answering my questions. This site is addictive. Will definately be dropping in to book some trips when we arrive in July. Thanks to you all. Jenny

I agree too Jozzy, definitely the best site around for holidays, excursions etc, but the forum is what keeps me going too.

I still log on daily in the winter, especially on my long cold nightshifts, but this is my favourite time when its buzzing with everyone getting excited to go on their hols.

Thanks from me too to everyone at ICR.

I would just like to let everyone know how helpful ICR staff have been to me.Last week my flights from Liverpool for September were cancelled due to poor sales!!!I had so many emails from the other company offering me different flights from Manchester, changing all the time, anyway sorted ,then I had to email icmeleronline to see if they could change my dates because I had booked my accomodation and transfers with them, within an hour I had a phone call back to say it was all sorted, what a fantastic company,we hear of so many people who cant get in touch with companys they book with, thankyou ICR,I will be booking with you again.

I am just back and would like to add that this forum is one of the best for holiday advice - have been on others and have to say the people are not as friendly as they are on here so needless to say didn't use them often just to answer odd questions about the area and got some odd replies. So thanks ICR and everyone on here as the knowledge is second to none as is the friendliness of it :) which is why I couldn't wait to get back on to see what I'd missed while on hoiday.
