My wife swears by Savlon, a lot of people recommend natural yoghurt and say it works wonders, more info here

aw poor you LJ - aloe vera gets my vote or for small areas that are REALLY bad, Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream - it's not cheap but it works a treat overnight and if it's good enough for Kylie .................

jozzyd I have done your graph up to the 23rd May that is the day I go on holiday.
So there will not be a record for you after that date, but the good work must go on.

LJ: have you tried Sudocrem (the stuff you (usually) put on babies' bums to heal nappy rash) - it's an antiseptic healing cream and quite moisturising

I bet that cruise really was amazing! And 8lb is nothing - weight gain is a sign of a blimmin good holiday

Does anybody know any good deals where you can get a sim card with a lot of texts on with a small charge?

It's just too keep in touch with friends and family whilst in Turkey!

Johnny, I don't know about Pay as you Go, but I'm with o2 and have 1000 free text messages a month. When I go abroad, they allow me to text home using my free messages, but it takes 4 rather than 1, so I could send 250 within my free allowance if you see what I mean?
Worth giving them a call and checking, they have lots of prepay deals, so you might get lucky.

Awe LJ, sunburn is the most awful thing :( sorry to hear that!

One thing I would say is avoid the yoghurt! I had sunburn in Greece and they advised natural yoghurt. The trouble is, you have to wait for it to dry to your skin and trying to wash it off with warm water when it's stuck to you is like hell!

We use Aloe Vera because it's so cooling, but savlon do sell a special cream for sunburn which I've heard is very good.

Hope you get that sorted hun xx
