After img at the beginning put ] remove the = also remove the ] after jpg and change the /Url at the end for /img

Well I did what Dave suggested but is too small to see

On image shack click the resize to 640 x 480 under where it says browse, an tick the box on the left

This will give you the correct size for the forum
