Everyone looks like they've got a whole bunch of bargains so far! I had a really good buy recently.
Primark have these lovely sandals with big beads going down the top of the foot for £6. I'd seen some just like them in the Next catalogue for £20 and was planning to buy them nearer the holiday in April. So pleased I didn't as I was able to buy the black and the white ones from Primark for a fraction of the price of the Next ones!
When I was at the till in Primark, I got chatting to the lady who was serving me and mentioned their similarity to the ones in Next. She told me that Primark and Next have alot of the same suppliers, so it's no wonder that they were similar.
Just goes to show the mark up in prices on some things just because of the name!!!

Jozzyd, well done! That has gone so quickly, but you've done it!! :D :D
I bet you feel on top of the world with that achievement.
Also, got yourself a cracking bargain there!!

I've bought myself a few sundresses from Primark this morning, between £5-7 each, really pretty. They are a nice length at the knee too, since I don't have the legs for dresses cut up to the thigh!! :D

Wow Jozzyd thats fantastic, well done !! I'm going to wait until I've tackled my weight problem before I attempt to kick the habit, don't think I have enough willpower to do both so that will be my next mission. Loving everybodys bargains I'm off into Manchester on Monday for a mooch round Primark and the Arndale see what I can pick up for my hols :D

I have very little clothes now since I have lost weight, so last week I had 2 pairs of black trousers for work for £10 each in Tesco, a cardigan in Tesco for £5 and today I bought a pair of black jeans in Asda for £12. The biggest surprise is that they are all size 12 - well and truly chuffed.

Welcome back Scott and fingers crossed you can get back to Icmeler this year. The forum is back to life again with Spring just being around the corner. Everyone is getting back into holiday mode and ICR staff are back in resort. Donna went back a few weeks ago and Shaz is heading out next week.

Might apply for a job there myself........JOHN - RAMI......lol

Cheers everyone

The revising has just started and its not going to bad! Nerves have just started to kick in though, only got about 2 months to prepare, which seems a long time, but it really isn't!

I think I might be going slightly insane. I've been working on an essay about capitalism and protestantism literally all day, for the past 11 hours and I'm going stir crazy
But, it's almost done now HOORAY! So I can go out and celebrate St. Paddy's day tomorrow guilt free :D

Does anyone else have plans to celebrate?

Hi Scott,
my son is in the same boat as you. He's doing his exams this year too.
I hope you get to go to Icmeler this year. We were hoping to but its not looking good as it looks as if my husband might be losing his job
What makes it worse is we bought our flight tickets for July and havn't been able to sell them yet either. So that could be more money down the drain.
Anyway hope your exams go well and have a great summer even if you dont get to go to Turkey this year.

Sandra
