Thats whats happened to me Mary.
I have been training that hard I havent put on fat just 5lb of solid muscle.


Only trouble is its round my belly :(

been bad tonight had a pizza from pizza hut with garlic bread saturday is for takeaways i will be good all week but had to have one :lol:

I've not been very good Fri/Sat, been out for meals both days, not looking forward to weighing in on Tuesday.

Changed my 'Some Things are Worth the Weight' calendar today and it says "I no longer skinny dip I chunky-dunk" - thought that was quite amusing and I can really relate to that.

I've had a bad weekend. Been out Friday and Saturday night and have consumed several bottles of wine. Was so hungover yesterday that I had to have a McDonalds.

Definitely going to have to step up the exercise this week in preparation for Weds!!

I used to have a Garfield the cat T-shirt which read: "I'm not overweight - I'm undertall" and it's a mantra I'm sticking by... :lol:

Thanks LJ we are having a little competition, she is dieting and I stopped smoking. As she lives next door I cannot smoke and she cannot order take aways :D :D Day 17 cigarete free :wink: :wink:

Well done everyone for their losses.

I managed to stay the same, so I am very pleased with that after my 2 weeks off the diet and the glorious food and alcohol at the weekend. Only another 10lbs to lose before I go onto maintenance, so a happy bunny today.

just got on the scales lost 4lb made up as i have not been that good but drinking loads of water i dont eat as much plus i eat of a smaller plate :lol:

Well done Lynn, great loss. Water is the magic cure, I call it my fat busting liquid now and drink at least 3 litres a day. Sipping it slowly and not gulping it down.
