I gained another pound this week. :?
At least I am consistent. :D
I told our Ann that eating those 6 pancakes would make me put on weight, but she insisted on cooking them for me.

Ive lost 3lb since my last weigh in, almost a stone now, I'll be thrilled when I achieve my first stone, am hoping to speed up from a plod to a trot with the weightloss though, all your walking ideas have inspired me to get up off my b***t and exercise a bit more! Gene that chart showing everybody's loss so far is brilliant, thanks for keeping us all up to date with it. ( and for making me a giggle with your own progress reprts :lol: losing weight should be kept light hearted, its less stressful that way, and stress makes me eat more, :shock: )

Some fantastic results! well done everybody :D and hey, pancakes aren't too bad are they?,I think we all deserve them as a treat :lol:

Reesy enjoy you're re- feeding I admire you for following non eating plan, I just couldn't do it, you've done brilliantly well.

Thanks Trish, its actually easier than some people think, there is NO other temptation, just shakes, water, teas and coffees :lol:

Enjoying my re-feeding so far, my taste buds have certainly changed - My only worry is that I still like Efes...but if not, there is always vodka :lol:

Hi Reesy, really, you've been very disciplined to do that, I couldn't :shock:

Don't worry about effes, I gave up vodka (my most worshipped tipple) and all alcohol for a month on new years eve, and took to it like a duck to water on the first re taste :wink:

Dodge, you're right, I do slimming world.

I think I might try the fast forward plan that slimming world do in the next couple of weeks. As much as I've been good with my exercise etc, I'm sometimes a bit too tempted by the naughty stuff for my liking.

They base your food intake on how much you weigh and you have to weigh everything!! Sounds a nightmare, but a lady in my group tried it and said it shocked her into remembering how much of an "easy" diet slimming world is (if we can call any diet easy!!) so maybe it will help...we will see!! Gotta get up the courage to do it now... :shock:

just been weighed Sam lost 3.5 and i lost 2 gutted because i needed 2.5 for my one and half stone but still a loss well done to everyone else & you gene but thanks for doing the chart keeps us going & look forward to looking at other peoples progress

I am using all my willpower tonight as I only get weighed tomorrow. My husband makes his own pizza on a Wednesday night and it is gorgeous!!
i don't know whether just to have a small vodka lemonade and resist the temptation. God I hate dieting :evil:

I am gutted, only 1/2lb this week and I have no idea why!! I've been good and I've been to the gym plenty. Maybe it will show next week, we will see.

Had my pancakes last night after weigh in and they were beautiful! Gotta have my treat on a Weds night!

Jools, dont forget that muscle weighs heavier than fat, so if you have been to the gym, you could possibly have built muscle, then you are weighing heavier. If you can check, take your measurements, you have probably lost inches.

Never mind, I will be happy if I lose 7lbs before Sept and that should be do - able.
I really can't afford to buy a whole new wardrobe and go on hol (thats my excuse anyway!!)
