just got weighed lost 2lb been good this weekend done lots of walking we went to wales for the day walked along the front god it makes you hungry :lol:

llanduno think thats how you spell it :lol: it was sunny but cold it was good walked along the front stopped for coffee not cakes :lol: only greedy hubby had one wished it was icmeler he kept saying soon be here my sister-inlaw wants to go for walk tmmorow my legs will be killing me by then its funny you walk for miles ion holiday but you dont feel it :lol:

I have upped my exercise over the last week in a bid to lose more weight. I have started walking 3 miles every day, it takes me around 55 minutes, but walking is as far as it goes, always hated jogging/running.

Well done LJ. :D I used to walk for 2 hours a day every school day taking kids to school and back, but can't do it now. Had one prolapsed disc taken out of my back (new lease of life) but got another one gone now :roll:

I wont be weighing this week as my appt has been cancelled. I am on re-feed this week as I am off to Scotland for the weekend, so my next weigh in will be Thur 5th March.

Thanks Lynn, I will have a good time and probably eat until my hearts content knowing its straight back on in Tuesday until I reach target.

Thoroughly enjoying my newfound taste buds, loving spinach and basil at the moment, but so far have been extremely healthy.
