Well done Shelia that is a great weight loss. I am getting there slowly but surely, mind you I feel as if I have been at it a life time. Oh well just keep thinking beach and Icmeler to keep me going.

Hi Skilly, best thing you can do it go to www.lipotrim.co.uk or failing that, its basically 3 drinks per day, then only water, at least 2 litres plus black tea or coffee. I have been on it 5 weeks and lost 1 stone, 9lbs, but on re-feed from tomorrow as I am off for a long weekend next weekend, so you need to get your body adjusted to food again (and acohol).

In a sense its similar to Atkins, your limiting what your body intakes, so your body is forced to live on your stored fat, hence the good weight loss. When you do go onto normal food, you need to get it accustomed to it again, so you need to wait until something like day 3 before I can even have 1 potato. Another site you could visit is www.minimins.co.uk then go to the lipotrim forum, its full of useful information if you are seriously thinking of joining lipotrim plan.

Well, this has been a good week, which has been a massive surprise to me!!
I lost 2lbs despite the bad weekend. I've really pushed myself at the gym to make up for it, so it's nice to see a reward.

I also realised that this week is my 1 year slimming world anniversary. In one year I have now lost 4 stone 10lbs! It just goes to show that anyone can do it if they really want it and at the same time eat as much as they want!! :D
