I hate it when we are told over here in the UK that the temp in turkey is 30 something, when i know its well in its 50's right now haha how annoying

but that 30 something wil be in the shade

Over the years we hear all sorts of numbers banded about, temp can vary according to where you take it,on the beach in the open it will be 50/60 degrees but the figure quoted in all official media reports is at the nearest airport "in the shade"so when you see say 33 degrees on the forum or a newspaper it could very well be 50 plus in the sun out of the wind round the pool ,so its realative to where you are

anybody out in icmeler can give us an update on the weather?going next thursday and i have noticed last night and tonight on the home page its showing rain and thunder? just had a look at the bbc 5 day link and would you beleive its the same right through to the weekend.heavy showers for 5 or 6 days is not good at this time of the year.
any one got an actual report of whats going on.
