HELP!!!

Hi

We were due to be flying out to Icmeler tonight and have been let down by our travel company at last minute. Only found out by chance last night as my sister checked with the reception of our hotel who had no record of us. After several telephone calls it looks like the company has gone out of business. I have been trying to get through to Icmeler reservations on both numbers but is constantly engaged. Just wondered if anyone knows when they open. I would have thought the Turkey office would have been open being 2 hours ahead. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Flights are okay it is just our accomodation & transfers we had booked with them. We were suppose to be staying in the Aqua Hotel,

Carol I am sure the office opens at 9am in Turkey,Just keep trying as they will do their best to accomodate you and supply a transfare.

May be a little early for the England(Liverpool) office.

Gene dont know if you are still there. Do you know if it would be possible for me to book it online or if it would be to late with travelling tonight. To be honest I would prefer to speak to someone but just cant get through

Ring Sharon in the Liverpool office.
I wouldnt do it online at this late stage,speak to her and she will look after you.

Dont worry once you get through your worries will be over.

Liverpool office starts usually around 7.30 am and phones are switched on at 9 am
