We're staying at the Eda in October. Stayed with the same family last October when they ran the Esenkoy - they are lovely people who can't do enough to make your holiday fantastic. Visited them at the Eda when we were in Icmeler in June and they gave us a tour of the hotel

we stayed here 3 times going back about 4 years
when it was the bellevue
we always liked the hotel , and where it was , although towards the last stay we said it could do with a good makeover as it was getting pretty tired
then the geordie bar opened across the road there and it was sooooooooo noisy till the early hours , :x
so we stopped staying there
so my question is ......... is it still as loud at night from the bar
have no problem when you know it goes off at 12 , but i like to sleep too :D
we thought we might give it another go with it having a makeover

thank you sharon

We stayed at the Eda in October and I can honestly say we didn't have any problem with noise nuisance from anywhere, including the Geordie, during our stay there.

The breakfasts are the typical Turkish breakfasts, although you can have a cooked breakfast for extra. We were just bed and breakfast in october, but there were other couples on half board while we were there and the food looked pretty decent. We did half board with the same family when they had the Esenkoy and it was ok, but most folk we've spoken to say the Eda's food is better. They did a special Turkish night one evening which was very good indeed.
