Can anyone help???? bit urgent

hiya everyone

just wondering if anyone has booked a fight only with thomas cook recently?? I booked my flight last night and they didnt send me e tickets like they normally do - they sent me an email saying to pick them up from the thomas cook desk at the airport. but the problem is im going from dalaman to manchester and as far as i know theres no TC desk in dalaman - and im flying in the middle of the night, and theres never anything open lol

does anyone know what im ment to do??? Ive asked someone in the UK to ring the customer care number but they cant get through

Well usually as far as I know you print them off as you book but if they have told you to pick them up from the airport then you need to go to the Yabanci (foreigner) desk which is open 24hours and is on the right of the check in desks

ok thank you, i will give the thomas cook office in marmaris a ring later and see what they say just to make sure - knowing my luck they wont have anything to do with flythomascook, as i was told in england when i went into one of the shops on the highstreet

I have done this before with a very late booking and it was fine.They just asked for my passport.I would print your email off and take it with you.
