GREEN MAR APARTMENTS AIR CON

Got back yesterday after 11 days apartments central staff are very good but they charged us £5 a night for air con we had 4 apartments the pool was not cleaned every day as it should be, pool was cloudy friends bar was very good and you got 10% discount when you paid your bill

Did you book with ICR,if so you should have been charged £3 per day for air con.

yes did book with them for apartment and transfer the transfer was very good

my choise 5 stars otels every time. 5-6 days in a year maybe but it s high qualty.This is my ''holiday policy''

So you have been overcharged.I would get in touch with admin at ICR as they have a contract with these apartments and they say the charge for airconditioning is £3 per day.

Staying here come Tuesday.So we should be expecting to pay £70 for the air con for 2 weeks??Will let the parent's know.
I think we paid more than this in a different hotel last September.
Can't wait to get there! :D

Are the rooms clean?Are they big enough for 4 people??

i will give john a ring tomorrow as we had 4 apartments and paid £50 each for 10 nights so that means they owe us £80 thanks for letting me know

there is only 1 cleaner and some days she did not have time to do our rooms there is no kettle there there are some rooms that only have a small wall to divide the bedroom away from lounge but we got moved to a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 beds a couch and a pull out bed

ICR Travel do not Sell or Charge a fee for air conditioning.

Whatever the price is showing on our site is what the management have a contract with us to charge our guests and that is up to the guests to check before they pay. Management may charge £5 or more for other company guests or walk in customers so always good to mention that you are an ICR guest when making such purchase. I know Greenmar charges £5 for all other guests but Icmeleronline however the person selling you the A/C may not be aware whose guest you are.

If you know in the resort that you are being overcharged then they are free to let us know in ICMELER at the office and then we can do something about it for them but to let us know when you arrive home, then we cannot do much about it unless maybe you have a receipt.

We are in the resort to help you with problems such as these so please please let us know while in resort in person or by phone (4553617).

Spoke to John today and said ICR customers should only pay £3 so when you get there be sure to tell them you are with ICR john is going to try and sort it out for me
