Avlu 4 Apartments

Hi, I am off to Icmeler for the second time on Tuesday. Staying in the Avlu 4 apartments. Has anyone stayed there before. I don't expect there to be any probs as I think icmeler is a spot on place. I previously stayed in the Melita apartments - faultless - people brilliant and can't do enough for you.

yes i stayed at avlu 4 for 3 weeks came back yesterday had great time here pool rooms good barman jimmy top man .this is second time i stayed here going to have a change next year but would come back here again

Myself and my wife together with 2 friends have stayed at Avlu 4 last year and this year returning August 4th. We have also booked for next year. As you can tell we like the place very much.
Basic, clean very friendly, small, and the staff are always helpfull.
The thing we apreciated was its quiet location,yet only mins from the main bars restaurants,etc. About 600 yards via canal route to the beach.
Give our(Dave,Ann,Phil,and Theresa) regards to Jimmy who looks after the pool area during the day.
Enjoy your stay.

We stayed in the Avlu 4 in July this year
appartments are nice very clean and staff are all nice and friendly
Jimmy who works at the bar during the day is always up for a laugh

Good afternoon all,
We stayed at Avlu 4 last year for 2 weeks. There were 3 of us in total. Me, my mate & my mum. We had no problems with these apparments at all. We were on the top floor & had wicked views of Icmeler. Would have stayed here when we go in October but found a v cheap package holiday. The rooms are really spacious even with the 3 of in a room. Possibly could have more wardrobe space for those who like to fully unpack rather than live out of a suitcase...ample wardrobe space for a couple...bit tight wtih 3 of us...but other than that no issues.....lovely people & great location esspecially for us as our favourite bar is a stone throws away!!!
