The injection is anti - histamine and a steriod combined.
Does any orher pharmacy do them in Icmeler? If anyone is going out try and get the name of it and we can ask our G.P.'s can we get it over here.
I cannot believe how good it is, I have not sat in the sun all day for years, until this year. If the pharmacy has stopped doing it I would deffo pay the doctor it is worth every penny.

Jan have you tried Magicool Plus Prickly Heat ? I think if you do you will be converted like me. It is a new spray treatment for Prickly Heat that actually works wonders. You have nothing to lose as it has no side effects like steroids and antihistamines. Give it a go

i have always suffered from this........but not this year.......not one itch.......

i exfoliated every bath/shower, for at l;east a month before i went, then just used a simple moisturiser...

did this on holiday, and only used aloe vera suncream/aftersun.......making sure i still exfoliated.......

and really was ok! first time in 22 years of going abroad,

Postby jivebunnie0 » 10 Aug 2008 20:44

I couldn't find any Magicool plus in our local Savers yesterday, but they had supplies in Superdrug, 3 for 2 - I decided to just buy one and see how it goes.... cost me £5.99, but worth every penny if it works.

My husband is the expert on prickly heat gets it worse than any one i have ever seen we took the magicool with us with the great hope it would work well guess what did not touch it ,so back to the little chemist next to alin chicken place the same road as tansa the little lady was still there the same lady who has give him the prick in his bum and as sure as eggs is eggs it was gone the next day ,trust me this is the only thing that works fully cost about £12.00 worth every penny ,forget your creams and sprays they dont do nothing but bear in mind everybodys skin will react but if all fails the prick works ,she will try to give you cream first you must say no thanks i need the injection ,hope this has been a good help cause i know how bad it is ,no side effects.

Dear Kazza1

If you say your husband did not touch Magicool Plus, how does he know it would not work ? From my experience you need to apply it generously few times a day for a few days to feel the amazing benefits :D :D
