Hi everybody just got back at the weekend from a fantastic week. Had a easy flight with Pegasus took us 3 hrs 45 mins all the crew were fantastic free meal and tea/coffee and soft drinks.
Arrived at Sun Village Apartments in old village early evening and met by Mehmet and Jamie it was just like meeting old friends even though we had never stayed there before dropped our suitcases and went for a wonder round the old village to collect our bearings as we had not stayed this end of Icmeler before. Got ready for our first night out and headed towards Friends Bar opposite the ATM in square to meet all our old friends hoping that they would still be there. Had a fantastic steak meal there and met up with Rocky, Zakki, Steve, Roni from our last three vists. We spent every night of our holiday in Friends Bar although we did have some lovley lunches and breakfasts in Captain Sinbads in old village, Cabana, Romance Bar, Pop Inn, Cafe Rose, Guys and Dolls, Hob Nobs, Mr Chef, Linekers to name but a few. The weather was wonderful. We went on the horse safari and had a brilliant time although a little surprised when we went through the river and the water came to my chest
We made our first vists to Eastenders and Pleasures and will definately be visting there again although we did not get back to our apartments until nearly 5.00am it was ok for me but not my other half (he is 40 afterall!!) All too soon our week in Icmeler was over. Had a few tears on our last night saying goodbye to our old and new friends but promising to return as soon as possible. Babbled on too much now I will post my pics soon when I get the hang of it
