Terry, what do they charge for cigs, compared to the airport? Any other prices onboard? We fly from Manchester 15th August.

We are flying from Edinburgh on Thursday (woohoo) at 9.45pm, first time flying with Onur so hoping for a good flight. There is 8 of us going, my sister and niece have never been on holiday before and their first flight, my dad's a nervous flyer - us old hands have no probs- but hope for everyone else's sake we have a good fight and leaves on time.
My sister has disabilities and on crutches, so if anyone has any experience like this with Onur that can let me know if they are okay with people with disabilities I would really appreciate it.
Thanks so much - Audrey

Well it would have been chicken eventually!

As for Onur Air we've flown with them several times now.Got to say that for the last five years wherever we've gone I expect at least an hour delay.Last year we had 36 hours with euro cypriot airways and virtually no info at all.Bussed to a
hotel and told we would be going whenever. Its hard to find a cheaper flight than onur and its hard to find one thats not delayed.Gatwick is a nightmare and standing looking at the departure tvs, very few are not delayed.Same as the motorways...traffic jams everywhere. For us travelling north to Gatwick from the south coast is the scariest part.Sunday afternoons and evenings are out for flights in the summer....would we ever get there with the gridlock? All the flights I've ever done have been economy....maybe business class is wonderful. But I'm never going to know.I'll put up with a fair bit to make sure I can afford my holidays, and I really dont think Onur are any better or worse than british budget airlines.

My tickets arrived today via email (we fly 20 July from EMA). I have been checking to see if the flight has been departing/arriving on time and in the 5 weeks I have checked it has only gone on time once
I will have to make my own luggage labels as my tickets are an eticket and also does any one know if it is still 2 hours to arrive at the airport before checkin as there are no details about this with my ticket? Di.

Is it possible to let us know what email address they use to send tickets from, I will ensure that it is added as a safe sender in my email system so when they send mine it does not get junked automatically.
Thanks
Dave
Edit
In fact just the part after the @ will do as I can add their domain.

Our flight from Manchester was delayed 45 min going out, and a 2 hr delay comming back,we had already gone through security to our gate before they told us of the delay so had to sit on the floor for the 2 hours because there isnt enough seating for all the people on the flight.Price for 1,000 cigs on plane was 85 euros or £65, 2 litres of Smirinof red vodka was £18.Drinks were expensive and didnt see a price list in their magazine!.Still no complaints, flights were cheap and booked again for next year.
