The hotel is ther very last building before you start walking out on the newly converted pier. It's on the road where the dolmus start their run to Marmaris. So all you have to do is stand outside the hotel front entrance and they can see you. If you walk out the rear entrance (on the walk that runs all round the bay) you bump into them.
