Where was this tree? There is one in the grounds of the beach bar of the Efes Inn and that is the only one I have ever seen. It flowers late May/early June and when we went back in October there were seed pods. I bought a few back (illegal I think) and planted the seeds. Only a few grew but then I went away for xmas and when I came back, they had died.Say ahhhhhhhhhhh
The tree has been there for at least 12yrs to my knowledge but did not start flowering until about 4yrs ago

Hi folks,
Polly, the waterfalls are just outside Turgut. Every jeep safari stops at them and I'm sure ICRs village tour does too. As they are so popular they are usually busy. We, luckily, managed to get there at a quiet time this year.
Fanny, unfortunately we weren't allowed to take our own cameras down on scuba (wouldn't have trusted it that deep anyway). However, when I go snorkelling, I always take a handful of bread. Now I know how the pied piper felt
Marj, at the small park down the road from the Lemon tree and Geordie's a wee boy came running up to my son and presented him with a flower (sweet) the next day we had to go back and find where it came from :) . I will have to ask some Turkish friends what it is called but, of course, they are all so busy just now.
