Getting worried

Postby phillil » 22 Jun 2008 09:13

We have travelled to over 20 countries including America, South America and various places in Asia and of course Europe. We went to Icmeler for the first time last year and went back again in May this year because we loved it so much. Guess what we have booked again for October and are really looking forward to it. We think we are getting addicted to Icmeler as we find everyone so friendly. It is amazing how staff remember you and even what you drink, where you sit, and that you have a new hairstyle. So we are worried that we will not go anywhere else.....but maybe that is a good thing.

we are addicted to Turkey in general, we just change resort every now and again to feel as though we are going to some place different. In all of the resorts we have visited in Turkey we always receive a happy friendly greeting.

We had never been any where twice, even though had always enjoyed our holidays, until we went to Icmeler in 2003. We have been back every year since. I though I would like to go to Greece next year but am now getting cold feet about it because I will miss everyone in Icmeler. Di.

We were like that with Marmaris until we found Icmeler. I am returning in October and that will be my 3rd time to Icmeler, I just love it. OH was not just as keen as me, but he is getting just as bad now. We only returned June 14th and he has asked me to look for a week for July now. Oh well, I am not complaining

Don't worry & join the club, being an Icmelerite is not totally fatal but can seriously affect the rest of your life   .
Next weekend will be our 10th visit & like a lot of others have booked 2 flights for next year.
Its a shame that "Heaven on Earth" has such a short season, as we have to go elsewhere in the winter months , Its a hard life   .

Sorry for drifting off the thread , don't shout at me John or Collette, but I've just noticed that was my maiden century of posts , I must be nearly a proper "Icmelerite".

Thanks for all the help. I think we are now offically admitted to the Icmeler addicted society. And what is worse...I have already checked for flights for next year. What do you think we should do...to book or not to book.....that is the question??

I just think Icmeler has everything I want from a holiday - and so each time I go it's a real relaxing break. On each trip it's as if I just pick up from where I left off on my last holiday there. It's certainly become my second home.

September will be my 15th visit, some people find it so strange that I keep going back to the same place... my reply to them all.... you should go and try it and then you'll see why I keep going back. Some have indeed tried it and have returned again and again and again...

you're in good company Phillil ha ha
I checked next year's flights too (a couple of weeks ago) and they were so disgustingly cheap, I went ahead and booked them! they've doubled in price already so I'm glad I did

go on...........be a devil and go for it - but remember to check with ICR for the best price that they can get first
