We flew with Freebird last October and although everything was perfectly adequate, it was a bit on the basic side. No entertainment - and the meal left a bit to be desired, I have to say!

I'm just back on Monday after booking through ****** and flying with FreeBird Airlines!

Was a decent flight from Prestwick in an Airbus, comfy enough seats, but because it was the first ever flight there was alot of empty seats! The meal was nice enough, not sure what it was from memory, but it was standard airline food. It all tastes the same to me! No Entertainment!

Coming back we had the same plane and the same cabin crew who found it hard to crack a smile. I slept most of the way back because it was an early morning flight but woke up for breakfast which was your usual egg/omlette/something affair with a roll and what i think was a slice of cake! Again tasted the same as any other airlines egg/omlette/something serving! No Entertainment.

Our return flight however stopped at Newcastle, which it turns out it had left from before going to Prestwick on the way out! So we had to wait for over an hour while passengers and bags were removed, and then we were on the way to Prestwick again!

One thing I did laugh at though after checking their website...cabin crew MUST be fluent in Turkish and English and desirably one other language. Our Cabin Crew could barely speak English and the one girl doing the announcements had serious problems reading her wee script!

But dont have any complaints with them at all! Enjoy your flight and your holiday! :)
