A small screwdriver, well it has come in handy before now. Those bags that you can squash the air out of for underwear and swim stuff. Luggage scales we paid £11 for ours and they have saved us a fortune because you can distribute, take out or ADD

Thanks Geovil,

Just bought a dial one with a tape measure for £4.59 inc P+P BARGAIN !!! :D

Could have gotten a digital cheap but coming from Hong Kong and we go in 2 weeks so couldn't risk it.

We take a holdall each, and we pack half our shoes and clothes, underwear, swim stuff, etc. in each bag, so if one goes missing, we both still have some to get by with.

I do that with our cases, get all our clothes together in piles of day time and night time clothes and split mine and hubbies between both cases so got equal amount of day and night gear for us both should one of them go missing.

I try and make sure I pack a few pairs of undies, swim suit/shorts and a change of clothing into our hand luggage for same reason above - least we can still go for a swim/sunbathe and have a change of clothes.
