Postby cockneyjambo » 01 May 2008 19:30

Its our 3rd time in Icmeler this June and keep hearing about all the bars etc but i dont know where half of them are    we tended to go to the same ones ( Red Lion, Friends, Linekers) love them all but want to try different ones this time. Is there any way to see bars on a map? Tried the map of the area on the home page but need more detailed one i think

Hi cockneyjambo, I'm like you, love Linekers, and well, Linekers actually  , but am determined to try others aswell this year, If you fancy a quiet drink with comfy sofas one night try Diva bar it's lovely and the staff are great. It's next door to the Chef restaurant, great if you've eaten there because you can then just relax on sofas to digest your gorgeous meal :D

I fancy trying Havana bar because it's mentioned a lot on this site as a fun place to be, and also three bells, which does HUGE  yorkshire puddings on their roasts I've seen the photo's on this site as I'm sure you have too :D and sounds like a fun atmosphere too. I also fancy trying the Irish bar as it's very close to where I'll be staying and looks good fun.

A good pub crawl is in order I think! I'm going in 2 weeks so I'll report back my findings in the interest of good old customer research for you!

I am looking forward to trying Havana and 3 bells this year too, I never ventured too far last year, so I have a list made out now. We also go first two weeks in June.

Martin (Mehmet) and a few of the old staff from Oscars at the Waterfall have opened their own bar this year, Martins Fun Pub. It's just up from the Romance by the Babadan apartments and they're looking forward to meeting people again. They were good last year at the Waterfall, so hopefully no change this year at their own place.
