This beach body has just been the clinic and lost 3 pounds

Longggggggggg way to go yet :shock:

Was dissapointed at only 3 pound in 2 weeks, bit my waist was 8 cm smaller so that was good

I should get started seen as how I have less than 9wks till the first visit to heaven.

i worked out 4 weeks ago that if i lost 2 lb per week i would be 2 stone lighter when i go to icmeler :roll:

10 wks to go and i have lost 81/2
