Hi Womble :)

Personally I've never been that early in the year before, but my Boss went last year around that time, and said it was lovely and warm (somedays quite hot) but a bit chilly at night and the pools were a bit cold. I would take the normal holiday stuff and a few cardies/jumpers etc for if it is a bit cold.

Wow, not long to go now. I have to wait until the 30th of July

Hope you have a great time - having said that I'm sure that you will.

Hi Wombles

Make sure you have a great time
Looks like you'll be the first to write a 2008 review - maybe there'll be a free Efes in it for your return in July haha
We go on 1/8 so we may bump in to you

I may see you over there womble as we are out there on the 5th April.
Does it matter if we have a little rain or have to wear a cardi at night?
There will be some sunbathing done, pictures taken and many a walk along our promenade
Evenings wont be as hectic as the summer months but all I can say is,

"Bring It On" 8)

Hey Womble
you seem to be working yourself into a bit of a frenzy, with w/w, healthcare, chemists etc - no offence
'course you want to make sure you're sorted, but really you've no worries
healthcare is great..in fact chemists over there are far better than at home and will do what they can to help
folk will fall over themselves to do what they can,
why not get on with your packing and make sure you pay a visit to the ICR offices for any queries you've got - once you're there

you'll have a ball
xxx

Would love to arrange a meet in Aug, will sort nearer the time though
You'll have already been by then so can point us towards this year's hotspots

thought id mention but i allways stock up on medication while in icmeler antibiotics are about £2.50 (amoxcillian) and asthma pumps about£3.00
a lot cheaper than precriptions as long as you know what you are doing and have basic knowledge of your medication should be fine we have done this for about 4years now with no problems.

Glad to hear you're getting into the spirit Womble
Don't forget to add Harmony drag show to your list, and Venice on the canal, Mjestic also on the canal oh and the cafe round the corner from Barons cos they do Yorkshire Tea, Tetleys etc
Nearly forgot,,, what about 3(4) Bells for the biggest Yorkshires you've ever seen, Noels next door, Love Boat, Lighthouse ..........

Maybe you'd be better staying out there til August ha ha

Don't forget to haggle hard in the Jewellers !!!!

You're getting me all excited now and I've got another 5 months to go

Cassie's right Womble, if you've got Chemist items that you buy here regularly, it's a good idea to stock up cos their stuff's really good and a fraction of what it costs at home

The one opposite Bullshit's and between Tansas supermarket and 3(4) Bells is where we usually go

Go for it Mrs Womble - you check out the gold shops, some amazing
bargains to be had...... most of them will do some pieces in 18 ct. gold if you ask, otherwise the turkish standard of gold is 14ct.

Definitely haggle, but be prepared for some very shrewd businessmen and women.

It's great fun.....take it from one who knows
