DECEMBER HOLIDAY TO ICMELER

Postby madnesstiger » 20 Nov 2007 10:36

Hi All...

Not been on here much since our 2nd trip to Icmeler in August, but have had a crazy idea the other night to book a week out there in the middle of December!

Anyone have any tips on what I need to take with me - such as what type of clothes required, how much money I'd need (got all inclusive deal, so not much required for grub and booze!).

Any info would be cool... other than that, all I can end with is...

25 SLEEPS TO GO!!!

What all inclusive hotel is open in Icmeler in December.

The big hotels are closed for refurbishment this winter.

At the moment the heavens are open and you can canoe to Marmaris.

You have a few bars open where you can eat like the Florida and the Three Bells and I think also the Lemon Tree

Sounds like I'll be packing some jim-jams this time then, and even a waterproof jacket!

If all goes to plan, should be back home just in time for Christmas Day.

Thanks for the PMs John, will see what discounts we can achieve

That would be great, thanks.

Weather websites are quoting around 1 or 2 degrees at night currently, but not too bad during the day.

Let us know how you get on anyway with your new pad!

It looks like we will be getting our own resident weather man tomorrow as Zaza from Havana bar has just joined and will do the daily weather report and be on hand to answer any questions that you have on Icmeler or Marmaris through the winter and of course through the summer if he isn't too busy in his bar.

If he is busy then I am sure his right hand man Necmi aka Leon will be able to assist.
