Work began yesterday morning on the demolition of Harrys and the apartment block behind.
This morning on the web cam you can see the workers stripping the roof of its tiles.

Hi Gene,
I am another retired sad person watching the webcam, the scene reminds me of the UK , one guy working & three watching, anyway must dash to the supermarket to get the reduced food & bread. You know how hard life is on the pension Gene

Yet another sad person. I've been following progress over the last couple of days on Harry's. Isn't it sad to see the square so empty of people - apart from those watching the one person working!! I get my daily "fix" of Icmeler (via the webcam) from my work pc. After seeing all the lovely pics of Icmeler on this forum my manager is now hooked as well and has booked two weeks next July. I loved reading Gene's reviews - brought it all back so nostalgically. Roll on 2008

I can't see it as the webcam doesn't work on my laptop :(

Will Harrys be rebuilt anywhere?

As soon as I can get hold of Ali I will tell him to turn the camera around to the right so everyone can watch it

I suppose with the amount of photos on here now it should be in the gallery
The whole webcam picture looks very different now without the lights of Harrys :(

For some reason I am not getting the pics at all now.

I am trying to get this Vista thing sorted and as you were posting pics of the demolition my clock was stuck on 13.59 or somewhere around that time and it is still there
