I booked my flights out for May 2008 in May 2007 £100 each what a bargain could not resist. Do you think it is to early to put a thread on for how many sleeps yet :?: I am so excited already :D

flying out on 28th July 08 two weeks staying at Marmaris Park, all inclusive, got a very good deal, hubby's 40th so thought I would treat him to unlimited Efes, just hope haven't made a huge mistake, still good deal so won't be too bothered about eating out if we get bored with hotel food.

Where are you all getting cheap flights from? I spent all last night looking on the internet and couldn't find anything below £242. I am looking at the school holidays in May though - would that make a big difference ?

The cheap flights have gone up in price - we booked I think in June for May £85 each (now £245 each), and for September for £70 each (now I think £165) esach from Glasgow (although the September ones we aren't using so if anyone wants 2 cheap flights from Glasgow on 27th sept for 2wks PM me :) ). Not using as we wanted to go back to same apts as this Sept can't book seperately :(

Flights

Postby geovil » 18 Oct 2007 11:10

I wouldn't say our flights are cheap with XL Air £216 including all taxes but they were cheaper than Onur Air at £248 each but we have got the flight times that we wanted which is great.

Does anyone know why we can't seem to get really cheap flights in the South East???? Like £85!!!

We have flown with XL in the past, and have been able to go out of Stanstead, but when we've looked for next year, Xl dont appear to be doing anything from Stanstead, or maybe we are too early????

We have booked so we don't miss out, but are having to go from Gatwick again, and its cost £180 each, mind you that is for 16 days, so I'm not really complaining!

Jive B, with Onur you've to book WELL in advance, preferably more than 12 months before you want to go
Seems they do things the other way round than most operators and initially offer flights at car boot prices then once they've got enough to pay for the plane, the prices start going up
Like you say though ... you've not done too bad on the price you got !!

We go out from Glasgow on 7 June (20.45) flying to Dalaman, you should see if you can get your Bodrum flight changed to this one. Dotty

Hello everyone

My friend is a travel agent and also a rep for ******, she goes to Kusadassi?? every summer.

Through her advice I am flying from Manchester 3 July, £71 each. I only got a one way flight as Im stayin for 6-8wks then when I want to return I will go to a hotel with a ******** rep and get a flight back for approx £80.

I booked through \*******. I plan to book my acommodation with icmeler on line just as soon as I make up my mind where I want to stay, not only have they been extremely helpful with any requests or queries I have, but I also feel it is best to book through a company rather than websites!!
