Its warmer than the UK.

Iguana apartments will be available to you.

There are a few bars open in Icmeler with even bingo nights and pool competitions for local ex pats but Marmaris has quite a few bars open around the marina.

The Olive Tree restaurant under the Bonjour hotel is staying open during the winter - not sure if the hotel is too though....
Icmeler is really strange in winter time - like a ghost town, quite eerie in a way. However, Marmaris is lively enough.

About 95% of Icmeler will be shut, however saying that we love March as we can do the walks up to the mountains, have dinner at our friends, chill on the beach with no one there, infact Icmeler is open to you. No one to hassle you. Weather nice in the day about 18/25f but night time wear a fleece, 12/15f, can be a nip in the air. Like amin say better than here in the UK.

I'm sure you'll be able to get flights from Manchester, there seem to be more direct flights on offer in the winter now.

Icmeler is lovely at any time of year, as you say as long as there's a couple of places open that's all you need, and of course the Dolmus runs regularly so getting to Marmaris is no problem at all.

I don't like Marmaris in the summer, except for the odd night out, but it's very nice in the winter when it's not so busy.

Hiya. Dont really write on this much but saw this and just thought id add to it. :D Me and my mate are going to Icmeler in Feb next year too, not booked it yet but we will be flying from manchester. Flights seem quite reasonably priced plus we wont need 2 get accommodation as by that time we will have our own place out there.

Anyway, i hear the 3 (4) bells is open all year round. not been here before but will try it out when we go in 12 sleeps time.

Wot date u going in feb LynnJenny? how long u going for? Hope u dont mind me being nosey.

Stayed at 3bells...as been mentioned only a few bars are open but we still managed a bar crawl haha!
You will have the bars doing bingo each night which i loved..won everytime hehe!
Alot more open in Marmaris around bar street and the marina...
