The restaurent was in a tranquil setting with large grounds and had streams,ponds,fish,hens and cockerals and loads of welcoming shade.
All our breakfast was either grown or produced within the local village.
The breakfast consisted of Pita bread with butter and honey,cheese with olives Eggs Sausage,apricots and nuts tea and water,
more than anyone could eat.
After spending a relaxing hour at the restaurent we moved on to the hidden lakes.
Now if the restaurent was relaxing this national park is just pure chill.
For those who just wanted to lay on the hamocks and recover from the previouse evenings excertions.
For others there were loads of walks round the lakes or down to the sea or even a spot of fishing.
Drinks were taken on this seating area on the lake were we watched terrapins,fish and I even saw a Kingfisher.
After a wonderfull relaxing time here we dragged ourselfes away and moved on to Akyaka.
The beach was very busy but we all got sunbeds,most people went into the sea
which shelves gently for well over a hundred yards so paddling is a pleasure.
We had lunch in this very nice restaurent on the seafront consisting of a chicken wrap and soft drink,quite sufficiant in the middle of the day.
After a couple of hours in Akyaka we made our way back to Icmeler passing the rock tombs just outside of Akyaka.
We then called in this quaint Turkish cafe were we had the choice of soft drinks or Ayran,after tasting Sharons Ayran I was glad I chose a coke.
We had a wonderful day out.
A completely different experience to what I usualy encounter on my holidays.
Would I reccomend it? the answere is "Yes".
