Postby helsby » 21 Aug 2007 09:20

hi again all

just a small warning, just returned 6th till 20th august....ear infections were pretty much raging at the apartments were we stayed and having spoken to the doctor he confirmed in many other places also........the doctor is 1st class but jabs will be needed in many cases, which will cost :? unsure about the cost tho.......so be careful and think about ear plugs for the little ones........... :!:

hope this helps

Can I ask you which apartments you stayed in please?
My children also suffered with ear infections. My youngest, her ears started to bleed and we ended up at the hospital in Marmaris.

I have to say they were fantastic there and once treated cleared up.

We got back on 13 July and Hubby suffered from a bad ear infection too. There were many others having the same problem too. Pool water was sampled every day too so dont know what caused this. But there was too many having ear problems for it not to be something to do with the water. Cleared up after taking antibiotics though.
