Thanks Tania,

Yes, we will be doing the Jeep Safari. The children can`t wait, mind you the hubby is excited too!!! do men ever grow up?

We are staying where you stayed, you have some lovely photo`s in the
photo gallery.

Any more info on the hotel?

Thanks Elaine

we did the "fun" safari last year and enjoyed it. But does anyone know of a safari trip that doesn't involve hiding your camera etc. so that you can just enjoy the area with a well-informed guide? I know that I'm a boring git but sometimes, I just want to look at them scenery!

If i book the safari with ICR will you guys team us up with other brits

last year we went on one and we were paired up with germans / dutch and we set off 30 mins before everyone else so missed most the water fights etc
so bit of a let down all round

We went on the ICR jeep safari and all the people on it were British. We all got picked up at our hotels and met up with the other jeeps (4) at the back of the old village before we set off, water guns loaded. One tip, if there are any water guns at your hotel, borrow them or buy them before you go on your safari. Otherwise they will loan you a gun but it coses 10TLY each, so costly if there is a few of you. Also take a large water bottled, filled with water of course. And most of all have great time. Di. :D
