Part of the anticipation of my holiday is planning what I'm going to wear to go out at night and then when I'm actually there; part of the enjoyment of the holiday is getting ready to go out. As Skilly says we don't get that much opportunity in the UK to go out without coats (especially this summer

). Me and my pal Mo usually start to plan what we're taking to wear weeks in advance, and we can never resist buying something else (cos we never have enought to wear - I know all the women will agree with this). Our men also get dragged (usually kicking and screaming) round the shops at least once to buy a couple of new nice shirts or dress shorts etc. to add to their collection of holiday gear. It's nice to be nice and to make the effort when we visit another country, especially as the people who work in the resorts make the effort for us. I am so looking forward to this holiday. A girl I work with flew out to
Icmeler last night, to the same apartments as we are going to - it's her first time as well and I can't wait to hear her stories about it. Here's to a good holiday - cheers.
