Living in Weymouth fly from Bristol takes about hour and half, so leave in the morning for a 2.15pm flight,
ICR transfer to
hotel arrive 10.30pm Turkish time, quickly unpack and out for a drink by 11pm

start the holiday as soon as possible ey?

It takes us just over 1 1/2 hours to get to Glasgow Airport. Probably longer this year. We fly out on a Monday holiday and our flight is the middle of the afternoon

We are about 25minutes away from Glasgow which is also our airport! I get so excited we book the same taxi driver every year & we play or sing our favourite Turkey songs on the way to the airport which excites us even more!

We stay about 25 minutes from Edinburgh airport, but this year we are leaving from Newcastle and saving ourselves about £400! Better flight times from Newcastle for us too as we have kids. Our flight is on Friday morning, but we will travel on Thurday evening and stay in The Britannia, it should only take us 2 hours max.
9 weeks to go!!

As we live in Dundee and depending on whether its private or public transport it can take up to 2 hours to Glasgow and around 1 1/2 hours to Edinburgh.

I am about 20 minutes away from Edinburgh Airport, We decided to fly from Glasgow this year though as the flight times were much better than the one leaving from Edinburgh,so about an hour from Glasgow, will probably go there the day before we fly out to
Icmeler stay in a
hotel and park car.

I live in Plymouth and it takes us about 45 mins to get to Exeter airport. We have drove up to Bristol airport and got cheaper flights but I hate driving on the motorways and would sooner pay that little bit more from Exeter.
Besides that once your in the airport you get that holiday feeling
6 weeks and counting

Live in Perth so really happy to be able to get a flight from Edinburgh for a change. So it will only be about a 45 minute journey - which means - the holiday begins sooner - we normally fly from Glasgow - and on the odd occasion - Prestick. Happy to be flying from an airport nearer to where I'm at. Having said that, to be honest; as soon as we get into the car that's when my holiday starts.
Life is short so let's live it - happy holiday

I am Scottish, but lived in Wales since 1989.
45 minute drive to Cardiff Airport for me, and I will be heading there 1 week tomorrow - woohoo, can't wait.
