Pricing

Postby lordy65 » 10 Sep 2018 15:44

Good day all, a newbie here so please be gentle. :D
Coming out to Icmeler next week, just me and my better half. Unsure how much spends we will need. Due to the erratic exchange rate i'm curious have prices increased Turkey side accordingly? Will have plastic if required for emergencies but normally take a mix if Lira & Stirling and change as/when required.
Second visit to Icmeler, visited last May as was super impressed.
Thanks all and regards.

Prices are still very reasonable

All that has happened since end of May when we were there, is although the lira has gone from 6 lira to £ now 8 lira to £. A number of restaurants are now displaying prices in £ and not lira and prices in lira have risen

What that basically means is in May it would have cost say 12 lira for a beer or £2. Now its 16 lira for a beer so £2

A meal that was 42 lira or £7 is now 56 lira or £7
