I have used Icmeler tattoox (facebook), in the underground market near the ramp,
icmeler ink gets good feed back but never used them,

Yusuf Artik is a good tattooist, very clean and hygienic too. He is near to toy shop same side as hob nob bar near kurt jewellers..
