monarch flights

I all. I could do with some help please. I have had a email from monarch flights saying we have a change of flight times which we have accepted BUT when I checked the old times there the same as the new ones very strange. I have emailed them a few times no reply also called them a few times to find out what the change is but cannot get connected to a agent. any thoughts folks. thanks in advance.bill/lin

Ive booked with Monarch never have before, do they send you flight tickets or are the tickets in the email they sent upon booking?

Hi adewolves , I have flown with Monarch every year for the last 4 years . They don't issue tickets , just take some form of confirmation with you ....

I,ve had the same e.mails twice this year telling me flight time change,but in fact they are the same,I,ve just accepted them

Make sure you print off the flight info, and take it with you to the airport,if you have pre-booked your seats you probably will be able to print them off yourself ,but not until 2weeks before your flight and don't forget to print off your E-visas

Ours has changed twice but the last change they sent me three lots of emails with the same information.

We are flying on ZB664 from Manchester on a Monday in June, originally flight was 07:10 when I booked last July, it then changed to 06:50 and finally to 06:15, We also got multiple emails for the same flight number in July, I think they have an issue with the IT system that sends multiple emails out.

they changed ours just go on the facebook site they get in tough the next day had no problem

I had the same thing with Thomas Cook. They said there was a change and there wasn't, then they changed it again but it was about 10 minutes either way. Little did they tell me though that I would have a 5 hour delay on the way home. Taken that one to dispute though.
