Hi goodlookinbill,we stayed at the navy a few years ago for two weeks yes you have got a very small pool maybe a dozen sunbeds round it, we could never get a sunbed we used to go to dream 3 bells pool or the beach.the room was small but clean, the staff were OK not too friendly, the breakfast was usual Turkish but we used to have omelettes the pool bar was round the side of the hotel( not enough room by the pool) it was OK but wouldn't go back.by the way thanks for the info on babadan hotel.hope this helps.......Steve

We've stayed at the Navy twice. It is cheap and cheerful, but very central. Clean with towels changed daily and bedding often. The pool is rather on the small side to say the least and doesn't get much sun which is why you will never find anybody in there!!! But the beach is close enough. Breakfast is fine with plenty of local produce on offer together with some fresh fruit, plenty of bread for toasting yourself, and chef will do you any kind of eggs that you ask for. There was new management there last year and they were not pleasant at all. Totally ignored us every time we saw them!!!! That did not go down well with us. Staying round the corner at the Doruk this year, nearer the beach and a much better looking pool. The Navy is fine for the price you pay cos at the end of the day you only need it for sleep, shower and brekkie right? :D By the way, the communal balcony on the first floor just above the main entrance is perfect for your pre-evening balcony drinks and some people watching!! Wherever you decide on, I'm sure you'll have a great time. x
