It comes into effect after April 10, so that will be why they only paid £10. After that date, you either need to get your evisa online at $20 (roughly about £12) or you will still be able to get one at the airport, but it will then cost you £20.

Do we have to pay by credit card , I would prefer to pay by debit card , any info please
06 Apr 2014 10:50
Pretty sure you can use debit card too
06 Apr 2014 12:42
Yes, you can use your debit card. I checked with my bank to see what they charge for the transaction being in $.
This is copied from the Turkish Consulate web site on obtaining an e visa
" I do not have a credit card or debit card. Is there any other way of e-Visa fee payment?
No. You can only make payment with a credit or a debit card (only Mastercard or Visa). On the other hand, the card does not have to be under your name. "

We paid for ours with our debit card with no problems or extra charges

We have 8 family members needing the new e-visa - I've had a quick look but cannot see if there is a box to tick to create a family or group e-via with only one credit/debit card payment.
Has anyone processed a family or group e-visa?
Thanks in advance - John

I couldn't see anywhere either when I did it. Although I did see a button marked add another person, but it wouldn't press.
I also had an issue where it kept saying my debit card number was incorrect (which it wasn't), but in the end it went through then I had to do it all over again for my other half.
I'm sure someone will know different and be along soon with information.

I am going to complete my e-visa this week I have a few maybe obvious questions but just thought I would run them past you guys
My friend & I are travelling together do we complete an individual application or can we use add another person link? Does it make any differed? I know you pay per person but just wondered if it easier to both complete individually or just do it together!
Is it best to print the conformation that is emailed to you? I think it is basically the paper copy of your visa!
Many thanks

Hi Sparklegirls - I think you should be able to use the multiple applications for the two of you and yes, print out the confirmation and keep it with your passport. Theoretically, as it's an evisa, everything should be on the system but it's being advised to print it out and keep it with you anyway.

Hi all, done our e-visa on line yesterday, was very quick & easy, cost was $20usd each, £11.90 English, done multi by just clicking " add person" then at end you click on each name individually to print off visas separately.

UK visitors want to pay very little for holidays whereas eastern and middle European countries are willing to spend a lot more for their accommodations and do not ask prices in bars and restaurants (that is from bar and restaurant owners)
Recent Post office Travel Money survey showed that
Marmaris area is only second for cost apart from Bulgaria and Bodrum nearly 2X more expensive. Everyone wants to make more money and I can understand why they would say that. But, at the end of the day, they have regular British customers coming back multiple times every year which they like.
Are you planning a Polish/Czech operation John?

Need to apply for 3 visa's for myself and my two daughters.
Has anyone else had problems trying to apply for the e.visa? I was speaking to a friend who tried to apply online. Firstly,£73.00 for two visa's was tried to be taken out of his bank account. The second time £700.00 out of his account. Have now heard you can still pay for a visa at
Dalaman when you arrive.
Would value any views the best and safest way to go about this.
Many thanks.
