hi for the last 6 years i have used lemon soap to wash myself 2 weeks before going on holiday and for the duration of my holiday and never been bitten. :D :D

Big thank you for everyone to sharing your mossie prevention tips once again. I'm one of the few, and there are some of us, who've tried everything - each and every single one of the suggestions listed and STILL come back from paradise covered in hideous blistered bites. Guess I can't help being so tasty!

Think I'll do some research now to see if I've been taking the vit B wrong as well as doing the repellant wrong! Hopefully I can come back this time without any! :lol:

Garlic capsules work i have never been bitten for years they used to eat me, i get mine at Holland and Barrets and take 1 a day for 2 weeks before i go. Happy holiday. :D :)

Yea deet is what they use in the army, you can get boots own make repellent
which contains deet, its a silvery grey bottle quite expensive but worth every
penny. I used to get bitten so much before I discovered this and in 16 nights
In icmeler last year and 21 nights this year I wasn't bitten once using this :D

Some great advice here... as it happens I dont get bitten...not sure if Im to tight to part with my blood or not haha..

But for the rest of the family can anybody advise what Skin So Soft to use ? and what is it
